About

Born in the Heart of the Alps

We are Virality — a tiny brand with a big heart, born in Innsbruck, Tyrol, Austria. We design, 3D-print, and hand-paint premium collectible figures, keychains, miniatures, and more — all right here in the mountains, by a family of three.

How It All Started

It started on a walk. Not a planned one — just a regular family stroll through the forests on the edge of Innsbruck, where the pine trees are tall, the air smells like something you'd try to bottle and sell, and the mountains feel close enough to touch.

Our daughter Yuna-Mae was trotting along beside us when she suddenly stopped and said something that changed everything: "Papa, you know what would be cool? Blind boxes with little figures — but ones WE make."

My first reaction was the honest one: "That sounds complicated." My wife Denise's reaction was the right one: "Let's figure it out."

So we did. The three of us — Denise, Yuna-Mae, and me (Oliver, software developer by trade, impulsive creative by nature) — sat around the kitchen table that evening with a notebook and started asking: Who lives in these mountains? What characters would belong to a Tyrolean world? An eagle. An ibex. A marmot with severe anxiety. A Krampus who's mostly bark and no bite. A mythical Raurackl who's been dodging cameras for centuries.

By the end of the night, the Tiroler Alpen Gang had seven members — and Virality had its first collection.

I won't pretend I was a master 3D sculptor. I'm not. But I'm a software developer, and I know how to use tools. With the help of AI (specifically Google Gemini), I pushed my design skills further than I thought possible — iterating, refining, and occasionally arguing with an AI about whether a marmot's cheeks were chubby enough. (They were. Eventually.)

More Than Just the Gang

The Tiroler Alpen Gang is the heart of what we do — but it's not the only thing we make. Once we had the printer running and the paint brushes out, we couldn't stop. New ideas kept coming, and we kept saying yes.

Today, Virality is a growing family of hand-crafted creations:

  • Tiroler Alpen Gang Blind Boxes — Our flagship. 7 characters, 3 rarity finishes, 21 collectibles. The surprise is the point.
  • Collector Figures — Larger, detailed hand-painted figures like Elara for those who want a statement piece.
  • Keychains — Take a piece of the Alps with you, wherever you go.
  • Miniatures — Small hand-painted pieces that make perfect gifts or shelf companions.

What connects everything is the same process and the same philosophy: designed digitally, printed with precision, painted by hand, checked with care. Every piece that leaves our home has been touched by real hands — ours.

Made With Care. Actually Made.

Every piece goes through the same journey before it reaches you:

  1. Digital Design — Each piece is sculpted digitally, using AI as a creative co-pilot to get the details right.
  2. 3D Printing — We print on a Formlabs Form 4 SLA resin printer — professional-grade equipment that produces crisp, high-resolution results in premium polyresin. No shortcuts.
  3. Hand-Painting — This is our favourite part. Denise, Yuna-Mae, and I sit down together and paint every single piece by hand. That means no two are exactly alike.
  4. Quality Check — Everything is inspected before it ships. If it doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't go out.
  5. Packaging — Blind boxes come sealed with a premium aluminium collectors card. All other pieces are carefully packed with the same attention to detail.

Made with ❤️ in Innsbruck, Austria.

Not in a factory. Not by a machine. By a family, in a home, in the Alps.

This Is Just the Beginning

Series I of the Tiroler Alpen Gang has seven characters. But the Alps have more stories to tell — and we plan to tell them. New collections, new characters, new creations. The blind boxes are just the start.

We're not a corporation. We're not trying to be. We're a family in Innsbruck who fell in love with an idea on a walk in the woods, and we want to share that love with you — whether you're a collector, a gift-giver, or someone who just knows that the Raurackl is real and you're not going to let anyone tell you otherwise.

Technology and tradition. Digital and handmade. Tyrolean soul.

Welcome to Virality.
