A blind box is a sealed mystery package — you know what series is inside, but you don't know which character or finish you'll get until you open it. That's half the fun (and, honestly, the whole addiction). Each Tiroler Alpen Gang blind box contains one randomly assorted figure from Series I.

Inside every blind box you'll find:

• One 4cm hand-painted polyresin figure (one of 7 characters × 3 finishes = 21 possible collectibles)
• One premium aluminium collectors card with the character's stats
• A sealed, branded box with a surprise reveal

Each figure is approximately 4cm tall — compact enough to sit on your desk, your shelf, or the dashboard of your car without causing a traffic hazard. Small, but full of personality.

The figures are made from high-quality polyresin, produced on a professional Formlabs Form 4 SLA resin 3D printer. This gives them crisp detail and a premium feel. Each figure is then hand-painted individually by our founding family in Innsbruck.

No — and that's the whole point. Every blind box is a surprise. If you want to target specific characters, the 3-pack gives you three random figures (better odds of getting different characters), and the Gift Box contains all 7 characters in unique, colourful hand-painted editions. Yes. The rarity system works like this:

• 🥉 Bronze — Common
• 🥈 Silver — Uncommon
• 🥇 Gold — Rare

Gold figures are the hardest to find. If you pull a Gold, consider yourself blessed by the Alpine spirits.

The 3-pack (€74.70) contains three individually sealed blind boxes. Each one is randomised independently, so you could get three different characters — or the same one three times (if the marmot really wants your attention). It's a better value than three single boxes and a great way to build your collection faster.

The Gift Box (€149.00) contains all 7 characters from Series I — each one uniquely hand-painted in full colour. These are not the Bronze/Silver/Gold blind box figures — they're a distinct, colourful collector's edition, designed to complement the blind box series without competing with it. Presented in premium packaging, it's the ultimate Tiroler Alpen Gang set and makes an exceptional gift.

Every blind box includes a premium aluminium collectors card featuring the character you received — complete with their name, status, home range, favourite snack, superpower, and their role in the Gang. They're designed to be kept, displayed, and traded. Think of them as the Panini sticker experience, but for adults in the Alps.

Every. Single. One. Our figures are painted by hand by the founding family — Oliver, Denise, and Yuna-Mae — at our home in Innsbruck. No outsourced production, no machine painting. This means each figure has a tiny element of uniqueness, and it means you're holding something that was made by real human hands with real care. We think that matters.

Please note that since every figure is hand-painted and individually quality-checked, production may add a small amount of time for larger orders. We'll always keep you updated.

Blind boxes can be returned only if the original seal is still intact and unopened. Once a blind box has been opened, the surprise has been had — and we can't accept returns for "I got the wrong character" (though we completely understand the feeling). If your order arrives damaged or there's a quality issue, please contact us and we'll make it right.
